Battery hasn’t dropped much at all in the month I’ve had it and there’s plenty of bits for everything
Looks amazing works perfect recommend this product fast shipping and great quality all pcs
The only downside is the steel used in the tweezers is weak. I used them once and they bent.
Update: manufacturer reached out gave me a free replacement. Now I was working great.
In short I would like to say that this electric Screwdriver Set is great and I would surely recommend this set to someone looking for a quality electric Screwdriver.
Screwdriver itself works great. One observation I have is on the design, as the buttons are very close together. I would separate the forward /
Reverse buttons from the power one a bit more so that one clicks by feel. But that’s just an observation probably based on my hand size, it does work great.
Let’s get started.
Pros: 1. Size. Yes size manners. In this case small is perfect. 2. Quality. Just the right amount of toughness. 3. Finally a great little set that you can keep in one neat little package.
Cons: 1. Could make the inside design a little better, but that does not affect the quality of the product.
2. Some of the implements should be a little longer.
Ok that’s all, nothing else to see here.
Would I recommend this to others? Yes, yes I would.
Neither of us can figure out why there were three orange "guitar picks" in the included package with the branded cleaning cloth. They don't have any purpose in opening or using the tool.
Last wish - that there was a dedicated way to store the tweezers, which are super handy in holding tiny parts as you remove/install them. Not saying where they are is truly a problem, but they rattle a bit and can get in the way if you don't put them in exactly right when you close the clamshell lid.
Hope this isn't seen as negative - I gave it a 5 and it still seems a great value for the money!
I am absolutely impressed with this, especially for the price. My only gripe is that there's no spot dedicated to the tweezers, so they're kind of awkwardly just sitting on top of things.
Outside of that, I love it, the case is useful and easy to stow, the selection of bits is absolutely perfect, even a few non-standard bits that I wasn't at all expecting. They probably could have done a better job with the image that shows what bit is in what place; when the case is open they're pointing at an angle that makes them hard to see -- you've gotta fold it down to see the bit indicators.
THe cons.
Comes with a few bits. For the money it seams its not hard to add 20 more or so bits and even an extender to the set husky has a lot of nice bits cheap that fit this and an extender.
The bits dont stay in the chuck they can just fall out no magnetism on the chuck its self. I resolved this by cutting up a neodymium magnet and exposing it in side the chuck.
While some tools aren't the sturdiest, it's more important that you choose the right tool for the job. If you use a spudger to pry something open instead of a plastic pick, yes the spudger will bend. If you're smart about how you use them, though, they should be fine.
I don't repair computers everyday, so I can't speak for the long term durability of the kit. But if you just want something that has all the tools you need and is easy to store for occasional use, this is perfect.
Two issues. As o e reviewer mentioned the bits are held in place by a magnet. For most uses works fine, but I see a potential of them slipping out of handle.
Second more important issue, I have big fingers and it is kinda hard grabbing bits from tray. The markings are in front so when the tray pops up, they are hard to read.
As an older slightly disabled tinkerer these are small but noteworthy concerns.
That being said, this is a really nice useful set of tools. Happy I purchased them and would definately recommend them to others.
Tool - 5 stars
